Yoga Course
- 12 Yoga classes to learn the basics from the ground up
- We recommend completing 2 classes per week
- Each week builds on the last
- By the end of the yoga program, you'll be able to do your own yoga practice with ease and no instruction
- No more confusion when you attend a yoga class in person, you'll know the basics which helps you master each session
- 3 workouts per week that you complete one after another
- you'll get a tracking sheet to fill in after each workout to track your strength progress
- You'll get a logbook to print off to add your reps/weight with ease + a program calendar
- 5 seminars with a strength training expert to help educate you on why strength training is important and effective (especially for women)
- Most members tripled their strength in 5 weeks following this plan
- All workouts are on-demand style, you'll follow us through a 30-45 minute workout.
- All you need are some dumbbells (2-6kg) and optional extras are a short glute resistance band and a long rubber version.
